Returns & Exchanges
For Online Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must accompany an Online Return Form enclosed with your order with a valid Return Authorization Number. Items without an Online Return Form and valid Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Once the returned items have been received and approved, we will notify you of the refund amount for the item.
Items must be in their original state and cannot be worn, washed, used, opened or altered in any way. All tags and liners must be intact. Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
You may visit our Showroom/Boutique to make an exchange. Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Susanna Soo Atelier.
You may visit our boutique to drop off your return items. We will process your return within 3 business days and notify you of the refund amount. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties are non-refundable. Your refund cannot be credited to the original payment method at the boutique.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

For In-store Purchases
Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase with original receipt. Returns or refunds are not accepted. Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Susanna Soo Atelier.
For exchange, items must be in original state and cannot be opened, worn, washed or altered. All tags and protective linings must be intact.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
